  • What is Eloise.Fashion?

    • Eloise.Fashion is a digital marketplace for the global fashion industry. This all-in-one, cloud-based platform gives designers access to the software tools and applications needed to create, manufacture and sell their garments. 

  • Who can use Eloise.Fashion?

    • Anyone is able to use Eloise.Fashion from independent designers to fashion brands.

  • Is it free to use? 

    • Eloise is a "pay as you produce" model. There will be a fee structure set up for the assets you use within Eloise. This will be outlined in more detail before our November launch.

  • What do I need to get started on Eloise.Fashion?

    • You just need a design idea!

  • What if I already have my complete tech pack?

    • Great! When you start a project in Eloise, you will be asked a series of questions so the system understands what assets you already have. It will get you started in the proper place. 

  • What are the benefits to using Eloise.Fashion?

    • The Eloise.Fashion model dissolves economic barriers and makes fashion design accessible to everyone who dreams of creating their own clothing. Read more about the benefits of using Eloise here




  • How do I start a new project?

    • Once you have logged into your Eloise.Fashion account, click "My Projects" to get started or continue any project

  • How do I go back to a project?

    • Go to "My Projects" to continue your project or start a new one.




Once you have started your Project in Eloise, click the button to purchase your fabric and notions.

  • Once you land on the page from Eloise.Fashion, browse the page for ordering instructions and fabric selections. If you have more questions, read our FAQs for additional help.

  • Determine which designs you want to purchase and add the necessary number of yards to your cart. **Only select items that will be used for production and shipped to Eloise.Fashion; all other items must be placed in a separate order.

  • Once you have selected everything you need, head to your cart to checkout.

  • To ship your order to Eloise.Fashion, enter this address into the shipping field:

Please note: If your order includes items that are not accepted by Eloise.Fashion, include your address in the shipping address fields.

  • After you have finished checking out, you will receive an order number for your order. You should also login to your account and provide order details.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a email with tracking information for your order. Be sure to login to your account to add the tracking number(s) and carrier(s) to your project so that they know when to expect your order.

  • Please note: If your order will be delivered in multiple shipments, be sure to include every tracking number and carrier to your account.   

  • If you want to check up on your order for any reason, be sure to register for a account! You can create one here, so that you can login and see any updates or information pertaining to your order.

  • Once Eloise.Fashion has received your order, they will submit pictures of what they have received to your project account. You will need to confirm that what has been received is correct before they can begin making your project.   


Choosing Fabric

  • What if I want to purchase fabric for other projects that are not related to Eloise.Fashion

    • After you’ve completed your order for your Eloise.Fashion project, visit and choose every fabric and supply you need! Be sure to use your own shipping address when ordering items that are not related to your Eloise.Fashion project.

  • If a fabric that I want to purchase for my project is temporarily unavailable for purchase or is out-of-stock, what should I do? 

    • If the fabric you’d like to order is no longer available you can either purchase another fabric from the same collection, brand, or fabric type or contact’s Business Support Team to see if the fabric will be back in stock soon or if you’ll be able to place a special order. Order Issues

  • If any of my items are suddenly not available after I have placed my order, what do I do?

    • Customer Service will notify you when an item is out-of-stock, in pieces, or if your full yardage is not available. The options for resolving this issue include but are not limited to: choosing another fabric, canceling your order, moving forward with the other items in your order.


Tracking Order & Delivery

  • How do I track my order?

    • You can track your order by logging into your account here.

  • When will my order arrive?

    • Standard shipping guarantees you receive your order within 7 business days, whereas expedited shipping guarantees you receive within 3 or 4 business days. The shipping rates for each of these options are clearly defined before finalizing your order during checkout. You can learn more about the different shipping methods here.

  • What if I accidentally shipped items to Eloise.Fashion?

    • If you have mistakenly shipped any items to Eloise.Fashion, notify them immediately through your account.

  • How will Eloise.Fashion know when to expect my fabric?

    • After you receive your order tracking information by email, you will need to add your tracking information to your project on Eloise.Fashion. Please note: You may have multiple tracking numbers and carriers due to your order being delivered in multiple shipments.

  • How will I know that Eloise.Fashion has received my order?

  • What should I do if the items in verification do not match what I ordered?

    • Please let Eloise.Fashion know immediately through your account. Eloise.Fashion will troubleshoot this issue on their end and verify whether or not there was a mix up or if you need to engage In the case that you will need to engage due to the wrong items being shipped, you can contact them by phone (1-888-455-2997) or email (

  • What manufacturing options are available to me?

    • OnPoint Manufacturing is the main manufacturer offered through Eloise.Fashion. OnPoint Manufacturing is an eco-friendly, on-demand, US-based, apparel manufacturer. They are unique in apparel manufacturing because they require no minimum order runs. Garments are not manufactured until they are sold, virtually eliminating manufacturing waste and excess inventory. Using advanced technology, they are able to produce and ship garments within three to five days of receiving the order. They provide their clients with a better and more profitable way to produce and sell their garments.

    • For sweater knits, our partner Nimbly, will be your resource for on-demand knitting factories.

  • What types of garments can OnPoint manufacture?​

    • OnPoint can manufacture almost any type of traditional garment. They cut & sew a wide range of products from formal gowns to medical uniforms. Please refer to their apparel requirements document for more information.

  • Are there fabrics or garments that OnPoint doesn't work with?

    • OnPoint does not work with swimwear, lingerie, bridal gowns or millinery. They also do not work with leather, skins, vinyl, velvet, charmeuse, georgettes (any fiber with highly creped yarns), Fur (real or faux), sweater knits (but you can use our partner Nimbly!), bottom weight denim (OnPoint can work with denim, however the machines for flat felled seams are not available at this time.)
